Day 1
Arrival in Kathmandu
Arrival in Kathmandu
Welcome to the land of amazing culture & tradition! Upon your arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport. Then, they will drop you at the hotel, where you will be taking a rest and meet fellow travelers of your group. You will also receive your permits so make sure to bring all the necessary documents like copies of your passport, insurance, and photos.
Day 2
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Exploration
Kathmandu Sightseeing and Exploration
As you're here in Kathmandu, the land of ethnic cultures & tradition, you got to explore them all. Hence, you will be visiting spots like Durbar Square, Swayambhunath, Boudhanath, Pashupatinath, etc. All of them are listed in UNESCO’s World Heritage sites. After their exploration, you will get to know about their history and cultural significance.
Day 3
Take a Flight to Paro
Take a Flight to Paro
This day, you will head to Bhutan. Keep your cameras ready as you’re about to witness spectacular mountain views from your flight. Upon reaching Paro, you will take a little rest and then start exploring the amazing places around.

Hike and Exploration to Tiger’s Nest Monastery
Hike and Exploration to Tiger’s Nest Monastery
The next day, you’ll hike to Taktsang, the Tiger’s Nest Monastery. It would be a steep walk for about 2-3 hours to reach there. The monastery is located on a cliff and is one of the sacred symbols of Bhutan. It’s supposed to be the place where Guru Rinpoche meditated for three months after flying back of a tiger.

Drive to Ta Dzong and Trek to Jele Dzong
Drive to Ta Dzong and Trek to Jele Dzong
After Taktsang, you will drive to Ta Dzong, an ancient watchtower. Made many centuries back, Ta Dzong is also the national museum of Bhutan. Afterward, you will gradually start ascending to the old Jele Dzong. From there, you can enjoy the view of Mt. Julmohari (7314m).
Day 6
 Trek to Jangchulakha
Trek to Jangchulakha
You will continue with the gradual uphill trails exploring thick alpine forests. If you’re here in spring, you can enjoy the colorful range of rhododendrons too. Similarly, you can encounter yak herders, monal pheasants, and glimpses of beautiful snow-capped peaks on the way. Overnight at Jangchulakha!
Day 7
Trek to Jimilangtsho
Trek to Jimilangtsho
The trails for this day include mostly uphill ridges and dark deep forests. The view of valleys and surrounding mountains from the top is spectacular. Upon reaching Jimilangtsho, don’t forget to be at Jimilang Tso lakes and enjoy well-prepared trout for dinner.

Trek to Simkotra Tsho (4110m)

Continuing the way, the trail for this day includes dwarf rhododendron trees, juniper forest, and grasslands. You will also pass through the Phajoding monastery from where the Thimphu town looks lovely. Also, the panoramic views of Mt. Gangkhar Punsum and other Himalayan peaks will make the trail more memorable.

Trek to Thimphu via Phajodhing
Trek to Thimphu via Phajodhing
This day, you will walk down into Thimphu following through the pine forest. Upon reaching there, you’ll cOn the way, you will be visiting TashichhoDzong, the fortress of the glorious religion.
Day 10
Sightseeing in Thimphu
Sightseeing in Thimphu
Thimphu is the capital and largest city of Bhutan. Certainly, there are a lot of famous tourist spots to go to. Some of them are the National memorial chorten, Changangkha Lhakhang, National Folk Museum, and many more.
Day 11
Drive Back to Paro
Drive Back to Paro
Now, after the whole schedule of exploring the Lunana Snowman trek, you’ll return to Paro. Whilst you’re there, you can also take a stroll to Kyushu Lhakhang, one of the oldest shrines in Bhutan. Similarly, there are numerous archery grounds where you can see a live match action. The wholesome experience in these last moments at Paro will certainly be awesome.
Day 12
Final Departure!
Final Departure!
On your final day, you will be taking an early morning flight back to your country. Our representative will always be there to pick from the hotel and drop you at the airport.
